THE SHIFT, a 2-man band from The Netherlands, toured through Europe (Netherlands, Denmark, USSR, Hungary) between 1987 and 1990. The band was very successful with their ballads, performing in a intimate setting with vocals, piano and saxophone.

’Stories from the Pigeon’ is a remaster from the original tape which was recorded in 1988 and was lost for years. Only recently it was found back again! 

The members of THE SHIFT were delighted by this recordings and wanted to share it.

By presenting this original remaster, these beautiful ballads will find their way in the world.
