The work of visual artist/composer Pé Okx incorporates plastic art and contemporary music. It includes contemplative film and video installations, soundscapes as well as theatrical voyages in carefully chosen sites.
His projects have a poetical strain and play with the viewer’s perspective in an intriguing way. By deconstructing the relationship between object and action, motion and stillness, silence and sound, Okx builds an alternative reality. He combines the abstract language of music with provocative images to create a new kind of experience, what he calls “the place in between.”
